can not login

thanks for this project. it is really great.
i couldnt login anyway although i confirmed all settings on manager.conf is fine.
always get message :

Try to connect.....
Timeout waiting for response to Command
Please check The Server IP
Not Connected....!?

although the IP is correct and im seeing it is trying to connect on asterisk
== Parsing '/etc/asterisk/manager.conf': Found
== Manager 'Userhal' logged on from x.x.x.x
== Manager 'Userhal' logged off from x.x.x.x

i wil be more thanks if got a help.

no, on additional im already have some BETA software developed by some of my friends to monitor asterisk looks like yours but more functionality to manage asterisk all sides. and it is already working fine, i also tried to use the same login details while im already using with the current beta program im using but i also got the same result, i tried many settings on manager.conf to let the astchannelslive login successfully but i cant.

i tried from both XP and Vista, same result.

Hello i am having problems logging in.

Asterisk 1.8

If i use the wrong AMI user it will say authentication failed.
with the right one i get a time out check ip.

Same probleme here can't login to my server it keep saying "check server ip.
have added a AMI user in manager.conf and ofcourse made a reload
